We only collect information that you voluntarily choose to provide when contacting us for spiritual counseling or Istikhara. This may include your name, contact phone/WhatsApp number, general location (city/country), and the details of the concern or question you wish to discuss.
3. How Your Information Is Used (معلومات کا استعمال)
Information provided is used solely for the purpose of offering personalized Islamic spiritual guidance, calculating Masnoon Istikhara, recommending authentic Quranic supplications, and communicating directly with you regarding your consultation.
4. Direct WhatsApp Communication Security (رابطے کی رازداری)
Direct consultations take place via WhatsApp, which provides end-to-end encryption for text messages, voice notes, and calls. Only Professor Abul Qais Rumi and his authorized confidential counseling team have access to consultation dialogues.
5. Data Retention & Deletion Rights (ریکارڈ کا خاتمہ)
We do not maintain invasive profiling databases. You have the full right at any time to request the deletion or purging of your consultation chat history and contact information from our records.
